Alum Creek Ranch is located approximately 5.2 miles north of Stockdale, just off of State HWY 123 enroute to Seguin and an approximate 15 minute drive to LaVernia off HWY 87... (great ISD.) This secluded property does not disappoint... With Alum Creek running at the back of the property, the live oak trees provide fantastic shade cover while sitting on the back concrete patio.
